Yes, although they might not be the tastiest part, the leaves are indeed edible. Most people will just eat the berry, but feel free to enjoy however you choose
-
Physalis and goldenberries are grown at Goldenberry Farms! This superfruit thrives in very high-altitude regions, so we grow in Colombia, near Medellin, and also outside of Bogota, high in the mountains and cloud forests. This fruit is hand-harvested with love and care!
-
Since physalis come in their natural husk, as mother nature intended, the fruit has a very good shelf life. We recommend refrigerating the fruit or storing in a cool location - typically the fruit will stay fresh for several week.
