Get to know Tahiti Limes!

  • Tahiti limes are a powerhouse of nutrition and flavor. They provide an excellent sources of vitamin C, folic acid, B6, and potassium. Their special flavonoid content is high in antioxidant and anti-inflammation properties. As a result, Tahiti limes combine the savory blend of a key lime and a lemon, but without the seeds, bitterness, or acidity.

  • We are a grower of limes in Colombia, and we have partner growers who adhere to our "Where Good Things Grow" quality and sustainability standards in Mexico, which allows us to always have a constant supply of the highest-quality limes and avoid price volatility.

  • Colombia is a major producer of high quality Tahiti Limes. While 80% of the US market supply comes from Mexico, Colombia as an origin affords buyers an ability to diversify their origins and avoid adverse market conditions. For consumers, the unique taste of Colombian limes is a perfect blend of sour and sweet.

  • Limes grow on trees, in orchards. At Goldenberry Farms, our Colombian region offers an optimal combination of altitude, high sun exposure, and nutrient-rich soils to produce a high-quality product.

Our soil scientists design the orchards to build targeted levels of the soil’s humus content, which helps to avoid erosion, regulates the temperature, preserves moisture, and stores CO2 within the soil.

  • Absolutely Not! Our Organic and Conventional Limes are of the Tahiti variety, grown naturally in the tropics of the Americas, including Peru, Colombia, and Mexico. We do not offer genetically modified fruit

  • Our high-quality organic limes are available year-round, as we have multiple growing regions throughout the Americas.
